R KELLY - R KELLY DROPS GUARD SHACK SUIT

R KELLY has ended his neighbourhood feud - after dropping his lawsuit on the community for blocking his move to build a guard house outside his mansion.
The I BELIEVE I CAN FLY singer will also pay the village of Olympia Fields, Chicago more than $20,000 (GBP10,200) to cover attorney fees and code-violation fines.
The neighbourhood doesn't allow guard shacks, but Kelly filed a lawsuit arguing he should be granted an exception to the strict village code because of his status as "a nationally known, Grammy Award-winning recording artist."
But he has since had a change of heart. His attorney JOHN TOUHY says, "Robert Kelly wants to be a good neighbour."
