THE PUNISHER star THOMAS JANE is set to be punished after police caught him drink driving early on Monday morning (17Mar08). The actor, who is married to actress Patricia Arquette, was pulled over for speeding by traffic cops in Kern County, California. He has been charged with DUI and driving with a blood alcohol level above .08 per cent, according to TMZ.com. His arraignment has been set for 9 April (08).
