Legendary rocker ROBERT PLANT is in no hurry to reunite with his LED ZEPPELIN bandmates - he is having too much of a good time with his latest music partner ALISON KRAUSS.
The odd couple have won critical acclaim for their Raising Sand LP collaboration, and are celebrating after landing three Americana Honors + Awards nominations earlier this week (begs09Jun08).
And Plant feels his latest folk inspired leanings are paying off and wants to keep working with Krauss for as long as he can - insisting the collaboration has been "a font of knowledge".
He tells Billboard.com, "I'm in no hurry to go anywhere. I want to stay very close. This is a font of knowledge, and I'm sticking as close to it as I can."
And singer Krauss agrees with Plant: "We're all having a wonderful time, and I hope and I think all three of us (Krauss, Plant and producer T Bone Burnett) are hoping to continue this and that it goes on and on."
Plant's U.S. commitments with Krauss saw him miss joining fellow Led Zeppelin rockers Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones reunite on-stage with the Foo Fighters for a spectacular show in London last Saturday (07Jun08) night.
