BRAD PITT - PITT PULLS OUT OF SAG AWARDS

BRAD PITT will be another no-show at the Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday (28JAN07) - because he's too busy shooting a new film in New Orleans, Louisiana. The movie hunk was expected to join his BABEL castmates, who are nominated for a number of awards - including Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture - but he can't get away from the set of new film THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON. Pitt joins MERYL STREEP among the absentees; the actress has been forced to pull out of attending the SAG Awards because she's co-hosting the 10th annual benefit for Harvard Medical School's Center for Health and the Global Environment with former US Vice President AL GORE.
