PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN - PIRATES DVD TO CONTAIN HIDDEN TREASURE

Even though it won't be released until December 5, the DVD version of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest is expected to be the year's top seller, USA Today reported today (Wednesday). Industry analyst Tom Adams of Adams Media Research told the newspaper that he expects sales of 12 million to 13 million for the movie. A collectors' two-disc version will include 10 featurettes. Producer Jerry Bruckheimer commented that for the "making-of" featurette, "a documentary filmmaker followed us around during the prep work, and you'll see things that went wrong, as well as the joy of the first day of filming, which is really nice."
