MICHELLE PFEIFFER - PFEIFFER SHOCKED AT VAUGHN'S GREASE 2 CONFESSION

Actress MICHELLE PFEIFFER was shocked to learn her movie GREASE 2 was filmmaker MATTHEW VAUGHN's favourite - because it was one of the most cringe-worthy moments in her career. The Scarface star, 49, appeared alongside Maxwell Caulfield in the Grease sequel, and couldn't believe it when Vaughn cast her in Stardust based upon her performance in the 1982 film. She tells British talk show host Jonathan Ross, "I thought he was pulling my leg. He was interviewing me for Esquire (magazine) and he goes, 'Guess what my favourite movie of yours is?' And I jokingly said, 'Grease 2?!' And he was like, 'Yeah!' And I'm like, 'Seriously?!' "And it was my work in that movie that made him want to work with me!"
