PETA PICKS TOP MEAT-FREE CELEBRITY REHABS

Rehab clinics where the likes of WHITNEY HOUSTON, MEL GIBSON and GERI HALLIWELL have cleaned up their acts can now add a new claim to fame to their walls - after landing on a new vegetarian and vegan hit list.
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) activists have charted the five most veggie-friendly rehab centres in America - and the animal rights group bosses will be handing out certificates to match their findings.
The Caron Foundation in Wernersville, Pennsylvania, where Liza Minnelli and Steven Tyler have both sought treatment, tops the list for its spinach-mushroom pie, tofu tetrazzini, vegetarian paella, Caesar salad with portobello mushrooms, and black-bean patties with pineapple chutney, ratatouille, and tofu.
Cottonwood de Tucson in Arizona comes in second thanks to menu items like baked rigatoni with spinach, wasabi mashed potatoes with snap peas, vegetable pizza, vegetable fried rice with spring rolls, portobello mushrooms stuffed with polenta, and vegetable tostadas. Former residents have included Ron Wood and Halliwell.
Malibu, California's Passages, the Hazelden clinic in Minnesota and The Meadows in Wickenburg, Arizona also make the list.
