SIMON PEGG - PEGG 'I'M STILL NOT RICH'

Funnyman SIMON PEGG is hoping his latest film HOT FUZZ makes a lot of money, because the British actor is cashstrapped.
The actor co-wrote and starred in 2004's surprise hit SHAUN OF THE DEAD with director EDGAR WRIGHT - but didn't make any money out of the horror comedy because they weren't entitled to any of the profits.
But he is hoping the follow up will make him a richer man than his last effort.
He explains, "It annoys me when people think it's made me rich because I haven't seen any profit from that film (Shaun of the Dead) - not a penny.
"It was all down to our contract. The studio was taking a gamble and had to minimise its risk because it was our first film."
