PAUL WELLER - PAUL WELLER: GLASTONBURY FANS NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE

PAUL WELLER claims that Glastonbury fans are not what they used to be.
Speaking to BBC6 Music, the singer said that the "disgusting" bad weather of recent years combined with less genuine music fans attending the festival have led to lacklustre audiences.
Weller, who has performed at the famous festival twice, in 1994 and last year, added: "The difference between doing it in '94 and doing it last year was that most of the audience knew the greatest hits, whereas in '94 they were music fans. You didn't just have to do the greatest hits, that was very noticeable to me."
It was recently announced that the former THE JAM star will headline this year's Isle of Wight festival alongside GIRLS ALOUD.
He will play on June 26th.
The Glastonbury festival has come under some scrutiny this year after headliner JAY-Z was blamed for a slump in tickets sales.
Organiser Michael Eavis, however, defend the hip hop star and attributed the decline in interest to the wet weather of the past two summers.
Tickets for the festival took more than 24 hours to sell, while in previous years they have sold out within the hour.
