PANIC AT THE DISCO TALK ABBEY ROAD

PANIC AT THE DISCO have spoken of their reverence in getting to record in the legendary abbey Road studios.

The Las Vegas band recorded their recent album PRETTY, ODD at the studio, which was made famous by THE BEATLES in the 1960s.

Drummer and founding member Spencer Smith said: "There's not a more famous studio in the world than Abbey Road.

"It's amazing. We've listened to so many things recorded in that studio, from THE BEATLES to RADIOHEAD. We even got to use some of the original equipment."

The band have recently returned to the famous studio to record a live performance, which is scheduled to go out on US show Live From Abbey road tonight (July 3rd), reports the NME.

Speaking about the decision to appear on the show, Smith said: "We thought it was a great opportunity to go back into Abbey Road and do something different."

The band recently announced they are planning to collaborate with SNOOP DOGG on a new record.
