WONDER WOMAN - PALMER LANDS ROLE OF WONDER WOMAN
Actress TERESA PALMER is hotly tipped to have landed the coveted role of WONDER WOMAN in GEORGE MILLER's new film JUSTICE LEAGUE OF AMERICA. Palmer was one several actresses who auditioned for the part including Minka Kelly and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, but speculation is growing that the Australian has won the race. The 21-year-old stars in the December Boys alongside Daniel Radcliffe but is still relatively unknown in Hollywood. Jessica Biel was thought to be Miller's first choice to play the superhero but she turned the role down. Murali Thalluri, who directed Palmer in Australian film 2.37, tells Moviehole.net, "I haven't spoken to her so I don't know if it is true, but if it is, I am over the moon. She is a rare and remarkable talent and will be great for this role. I'm very excited for her."
