OSBOURNE EYES DANCING APPEARANCE

SHARON OSBOURNE is keen to don her dancing shoes - she's eyeing up a starring role on the U.K. version of hit reality show DANCING WITH THE STARS.
The rock matriarch was approached to appear on Strictly Come Dancing last year (08) - but turned it down out of loyalty to rival reality show, The X Factor, where she had previously sat on the judging panel.
But now she has distanced herself from the singing show, Osbourne is considering appearing in this year's (09) dance-off contest.
She says, "I'd definitely think about it. I can just picture me rehearsing at home with Ozzy - me and him doing the paso doble."
And, failing an appearance on the show, Osbourne has another career ambition in her sights - to star in traditional British pantomime.
She adds, "But my biggest ambition, believe it or not, is to do panto in England. I love it. I'm dying for that, seriously. I think I'd be a brilliant fairy godmother - failing that, I can always beat someone up on stage.
"The Americans don't understand - men dressing up as women, women dressing up as men, yelling, 'He's behind you' and 'Boo, hiss!' But it's such a brilliant tradition, and I would love to do it. At Christmas time it's the funniest thing to do."
