Hollywood star NICK NOLTE shocked travellers by reportedly passing out in a Hawaii airport on Monday (16Jul07). The Prince Of Tides star, 66, spent two hours drifting in and out of consciousness while waiting for his delayed flight in Kauai Airport, according to entertainment website TMZ.com. TMZ.com have published photographs of the bleary-eyed actor slumped on the floor of the airport. One traveller says when Nolte was up and about he struggled to buy a can of soda, saying, "At one point we helped him put a dollar in the vending machine." The actor's representative insists he is "fine". Nolte was arrested for driving under the influence of drink and drugs in 2002 and pleaded no contest in his 2003 trial.
