NO PROSECUTIONS OVER GREENING DEATH
LATEST: Police have announced no one will be prosecuted over the death of British radio star KEVIN GREENING - who died after taking large quantities of cocaine and ecstasy.
Greening, an ex-BBC Radio 1 breakfast show DJ, died in his sleep in December (07), aged 44.
Police initially treated the death as "unexplained" after a post-mortem failed to establish the cause of death, but further tests indicate a drugs overdose.
It is believed Greening suffered a heart attack at his partner's home in London.
Police subsequently arrested a man in his 50s on suspicion of possessing and intending to supply Class A drugs to the star. But he has now been let off with a caution and the investigation closed.
