NIP/TUCK STARS 'WANT PAY INCREASE'
Stars of U.S. TV drama NIP/TUCK are reportedly eyeing pay cheques of up to $250,000 (GBP140,000) an episode.
Actors Julian MCMahon, Dylan Walsh, Joely Richardson, Kelly Carlson and Roma Maffia are said to be in talks with producers over raising their salaries for appearing on the hit cosmetic surgery show.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, agents for MCMahon and Walsh are pressing for a mammoth $250,000 (GBP140,000) per episode, while Richardson is looking for an increase on the $100,000 (GBP56,000) per show she received last year (07).
The award-winning programme's sixth series, broadcast by the FX network, began filming this week (begs15Sep08).
