Romantic JACK NICHOLSON has proposed to every woman he has lived with - but nearly all of them were too wise to make a commitment to the lovable rogue. The movie star insists he still gets along with every woman he moved into his Hollywood estate, because each of them knows he truly loved them enough to marry them. Only Sandra Knight accepted his proposal and the couple was wed for six years in the 1960s. Nicholson tells Parade magazine, "At some point, I've asked every woman I ever lived with to marry me, but they knew me too well. I'm the archetype of the man who is a problem."
