SYLVESTER STALLONE - NEILSEN PLOTS PLAYBOY RETURN

SYLVESTER STALLONE's busty ex BRIGITTE NIELSEN wants to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her Playboy magazine cover - by baring all for the men's magazine again.
The actress/model announced her plans during an appearance on the Billy Bush Radio Show in Los Angeles, admitting she'll undergo cosmetic surgery to look her best for the big reveal in December (08).
Nielsen explains she's planning a facelift and a boob lift and reduction.
She says, "I wanna look up and say, `Oh, I like myself. I don't like my lines... I'm gonna do the boobs; I'm gonna lift them and be a bit more discreet and then I will do Playboy.
"Twenty years ago, I did the cover of Playboy... I wanna do Playboy December this year. I'm gonna be 45."
