NE-YO: 'JACKSON FEARS RESPONSE TO NEW ALBUM'

MICHAEL JACKSON is nervous about what fans and critics will think of his new album, according to R+B star NE-YO.
The Closer hitmaker - who worked with Jackson on the comeback record - admits the Thriller star is hesitant about its release.
The album was due to be released at the end of the year (08), but is now likely to hit store shelves next year (09).
Ne-Yo says, “He keeps putting it off. Michael is very nervous as he knows he's the underdog and people want him to fail.
"It's tough when all eyes are on him and there is so much young competition out there. This album needs to be better than Thriller. He wants killer melodies."

I already know that I will buy the album and so will millions of other people. I respect Michael Jackson and am appreciative of his musical creativity.
