MITCHELL SINGS HER OWN TRAGEDY ANTHEM TO TV TWINS
A new song written and performed by US actress BEVERLEY MITCHELL has taken on a very special meaning for the SAW II star - it has become her own personal tragedy anthem.
The 26-year-old actress was inspired to write country song ANGEL after her character in US TV drama 7TH HEAVEN lost her best friend.
And bosses on the drama liked the touching tune so much, they urged Mitchell to sing it as heartbroken LUCY CAMDEN after her beloved character discovered she had lost her baby twins on the show.
Mitchell admits the song, which appears on her debut country album, has always been attached to terrible tragedies.
She says, "It was a very emotional and intense episode for me."
