HEATHER MILLS - MILLS PHOTOGRAPHER HAS CONVICTION QUASHED
A British paparazzo who was found guilty of assaulting HEATHER MILLS has had his conviction overturned - because the former glamour model was "too stressed" to attend his appeal hearing.
Jay Kaycappa was sentenced to 140 hours community service for grabbing Mills' shoulder as he attempted to take her photo in a Brighton, England subway in July 2006.
The 32-year-old snapper was handed the community punishment order at Brighton Magistrates Court in August (07).
But the conviction has now been quashed after the court heard that Sir Paul MCCartney's ex-wife was too stressed to attend his appeal hearing.
Lewes Crown Court heard that Mills was "refusing to give evidence", with prosecutors adding , "We don't know where she is." The court was then shown a doctor's report claiming Mills was suffering from stress.
The judge allowed the appeal and overturned Kaycappa's sentence.

Too stressed my eye!! She was just afraid more of her lies would come out. she is
already on the brink of perjury and she knows it. Lets not forget the judges comments
about her being less than candid. Now maybe she has finally learned no one believes
a word she says anymore and she is lying low. Pun intended.
not quite all there mill$$$$ bit...ch!
your action is indicative of the lady who protests too much.
did you ask the judge if you could put the bedpan under you seat in court???
such bs.
mill$$$ should have told the judge it was "THAT TIME OF THE MONTH", or some other
ridiculous pseudo reason she couldnt appear before the court..
albeit, youre minisucle brain could not come up with a believable bs lie.
keep the bed pan on your head and scream the sky is falling. chicken little.
