Actress SIENNA MILLER is reportedly dating up-and-coming actor WILL CARTER, who appears in her new movie FACTORY GIRL. Miller split from her on/off boyfriend JUDE LAW in November (06) and has been enjoying the company of Carter in recent weeks. An insider tells British newspaper The Sun, "They seemed to really get on and have seen each other whenever they can, usually in Los Angeles. "She says Will is really sweet, but she is also very focused on her career."
