MICHAEL LOHAN'S PATERNITY CASE DELAYED

LINDSAY LOHAN's father MICHAEL will have to wait a bit longer to find out if a 13-year-old girl is his love child - he cannot have the DNA results without a court order.
Lohan is contesting former mistress Kristi Kaufmann's claims and is awaiting the results of a DNA test, which will determine whether or not he really is her daughter Ashley's father.
But Lohan has been told he cannot proceed with the case until it has been approved by a judge.
He tells E! News: "I got a letter saying I need something from the court before they'll process anything. And I didn't get that before. So, now I have to go back to my attorney.
"But I'll do whatever it takes to find out. Everyone will know the truth soon."
