KATE HUDSON - MAN WITH RIFLE ARRESTED AT HUDSON'S NEW YORK HOME

An armed intruder has been arrested at KATE HUDSON's New York City home. Police were called to the property on Tuesday (11Mar08) afternoon after a woman spotted two men with what appeared to be a rifle on the roof of the actress' home. Upon their arrival, cops found one man carrying an unloaded rifle, while the other was holding a camera. The young unidentified males claimed they had been shooting a movie and are currently being questioned at the scene, according to TMZ.com. As WENN goes to press, it is unknown whether Hudson was present at the property at the time of the incident.
