MAMMA MIA BECOMES 16TH LONGEST-RUNNING SHOW IN BROADWAY HISTORY

MAMMA MIA's 2008 successes continued on Thursday night (04Sep08) as it became the 16th longest running show in Broadway history.
As the production's movie adaptation continues to wow film fans around the world, the musical passed Hello Dolly to claim the 16th spot on the New York theatre hitlist.
The production opened at the Winter Garden Theatre almost seven years ago.
The musical has been seen by an estimated 32 million people around the world.
