MACDONALD: 'I'M NOT A REAL ACTRESS'

KELLY MACDONALD was riddled with fear every time she stepped onto the set of new movie NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN - because she was terrified someone would discover she isn't a formally trained actress. The 31-year-old shot to fame after landing the role of Dianne in Danny Boyle's drama Trainspotting - but was sure her career was over after she appeared in the 1996 movie as she had no prior acting experience. She says, "I kept wondering when someone was going to turn around and say, 'You're not supposed to be here.' After Trainspotting, because I wasn't trained, I was sure I would never act in another film again. "Even though I've now done many films, the idea that I've just happened on this career has never really gone away, and so I am always waiting to be found out."
