LUPE FIASCO GIG POSTPONED AFTER MURDER
Hip-hop star LUPE FIASCO was forced to abandon his London gig last night (25SEP06) after a weekend shooting at the club venue. The rapper has now rescheduled the concert at a different location next month (09OCT06). A statement released yesterday explains, "Due to an unrelated incident which took place on Saturday at The Scala, we regret to inform you that Lupe Fiasco's gig has been cancelled this evening." A man was shot outside The Scala during a club night last weekend (23SEP06) and pronounced dead 12 hours later.
