MATT LUCAS - LUCAS MARRIAGE DISSOLVED

LITTLE BRITAIN comic MATT LUCAS has ended his marriage to his partner of five years - their divorce has been finalised by a London court.
The funnyman was granted a dissolution of his relationship with TV researcher Kevin MCGee at court on Wednesday (22Oct08) on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour. The pair split in June (08).
Lucas and MCGee wed in a lavish civil partnership ceremony in London in 2006, which was attended by rocker Sir Elton John and Lucas' comedy sidekick David Walliams.
Court records have not disclosed any details of the unreasonable behaviour which kickstarted the dissolution, but documents stated it was continuing, according to the BBC.
The former couple is slated to be the first gay celebrity couple to "divorce" since same-sex marriage was introduced in the U.K. in 2004.
