JENNIFER LOPEZ - LOPEZ EX ORDERED INTO ARBITRATION

JENNIFER LOPEZ's ex-husband OJANI NOA has been ordered to go into arbitration with the superstar to discuss the book he has written about their marriage. Court documents reveal the ghost-written text alleges Lopez regularly cheated on him during their 11-month marriage, including one affair with MARC ANTHONY - to whom she is now married. Lopez filed a breach of contract lawsuit last year (06) when she discovered his plans to publish the book. She also obtained a restraining order preventing Noa from publishing intimate details about their sex life together and sought arbitration. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge VICTOR PERSON yesterday (29JAN07) agreed with Lopez's legal team that Noa is required to enter into arbitration under the terms of a previous lawsuit that was settled in October 2005. Noa is furious about the decision, insisting he wants a public trial. He told Judge Person, "Basically, they were trying to damage my name and my career, now they want to go private in arbitration." Both sides are due back in court on 30 July (07) to reveal the progress of arbitration.
