DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES star EVA LONGORIA has her sights set on becoming a Hollywood restaurateur after teaming up with club promoter Jonas Lowrance to launch a new bistro. The actress has invested $250,000 (GBP125,000) into the project, which will be called Beso, according to U.S. tabloid National Enquirer. Lowrance, who was one of the men behind rocker Tommy Lee's short-lived Rok Bar projects in Florida and Los Angeles, insists the new venture will open in July (07) - the same month Longoria will wed basketball star Tony Parker.
