LINDSAY LOHAN is frustrated that she doesn't get enough time off to see good friend MISCHA BARTON. Lohan, THE OC star Barton and NICOLE RICHIE are part of a Hollywood friendship circle that shares a dislike for socialite PARIS HILTON. While Lohan is too busy working on movies to see her famous pals, Barton has more free time on her hands since leaving The OC earlier this summer (06). The actress says, "Mischa and I are friends, but we don't get to hang out much. She has more time off."
