Rapper LL COOL J wrote his new fitness book to dispel rumours he had plastic surgery to enhance his appearance. The rapper - real name TODD SMITH - has written LL COOL J'S PLATINUM WORKOUT to share his favourite fitness routines and recipes with fans. He hopes the book will put any rumours to rest: "I constantly get, 'Did you have any plastic surgery? Did you take steroids?' It's disheartening. "Find a plastic surgeon who worked on me, and I'll give you a million dollars." The singer admits his transformation from scrawny teen to sculpted rapper is remarkable, but insists that anyone can have great results following his plan. He adds, "If you follow this even three days a week, it will change your life."
