LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE - LITTLE HOUSE STAR ATTRACTS REVELLERS TO STAGE VERSION

A stage version of beloved U.S. TV series LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE has been extended - after becoming a surprise hit with theatregoers.
The theatre adaptation of the classic 1970s programme stars actress Melissa Gilbert, who plays the mother of the character she portrayed in the long-running series - which ran from 1974 to 1983 on America's NBC network.
The stage show was slated to run from 15 August (08) until 5 October (08), but bosses at the Guthrie Theater, Minneapolis decided to extend the production for two weeks thanks to unexpected demand.
