LINDSAY LOHAN - LINDSAY LOHAN SETTLES OVER 2005 CAR ACCIDENT LAWSUIT

Actress Lindsay Lohan has settled a lawsuit brought by a waiter over a car accident for an undisclosed amount.
Raymundo Ortega's lawyer, Robert G Klein, said: "It's been resolved."
Ortega had claimed that Lohan was under the influence of alcohol and fleeing from the paparazzi when the star collided with his van in 2005.
However, police in Los Angeles said after the crash "It appears it's the van's fault for making an illegal U-turn."
They added no drink or drugs were involved in the crash, which took place shortly after the Mean Girls star left the Ivy restaurant, and the paparazzi were not to blame for the incident.
Both parties have filed suits in the protracted legal battle, with Lohan filing a four-page countersuit against Ortega on October 11th, seeking $75,000 in damages to her Mercedes from the waiter.
Ortega had tried to sue the 21-year-old for $200,000 (£100,000) in damages.
Lohan's lawyer, David J Ozeran, has said there was no evidence she was intoxicated.
