CHRIS - LIL' CHRIS: 'DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO'

Britain's youngest chart star LIL' CHRIS hates his record label bosses telling him what to do, and is adamant only he knows what his fans want. The 16-year-old rocker got his big break on British reality TV show ROCK SCHOOL, which was fronted by KISS legend GENE SIMMONS, but is defiant he will not talked down to by industry veterans. He says, "I co-wrote the single and all the songs on my album because I wasn't going to let other people write it for me. I got stuck in. "Some people try to tell me what the kids want, but it's actually not what they want. People say, 'Do this, the kids love that.' "I'm like, 'I hate it and I'm a kid.' I know what I want and I know what kids want because I am a teenager."
