LEONA LEWIS - LEWIS' MONEY STRUGGLES

British pop star LEONA LEWIS has yet to reap the financial benefits of her $10 million (GBP5 million) record contract - she can't even afford to buy her own house. The Bleeding Love hitmaker's father has denied claims his daughter has become wealthy since the release of her debut album Spirit, insisting she only has enough money to get by. The star landed the big money deal with Sony BMG after winning British reality contest The X Factor in 2006 - but Jo Lewis claims Leona has not received any of that cash. He says, "It's a myth Leona is some millionaire, rolling in money. Even if she wants to, Leona can't afford to buy a house yet. She earns enough to live on. "She did get a multi-million pound contract but that is used by the record company for producing the album and promoting it. She isn't as well off as everyone thinks."
