ALMOST FAMOUS - LEE TO PLAY WITH CHIPMUNKS

ALMOST FAMOUS star JASON LEE has signed on to play one of the only humans in the live-action/CGI animated film ALVIN AND THE CHIPMUNKS. Lee will play the chipmunks' human confidante DAVE SEVILLE in the ambitious new project, which is based on the 1950s cartoon series about a trio of singing chipmunks. Production will begin at the end of the month (MAR07), with a release date scheduled for 14 December (07).
