LED ZEPPELIN - LED ZEPPELIN DENY CONCERT DVD RELEASE

Rock legends LED ZEPPELIN will reunite for a one-off tribute concert for late music mogul AHMET ERTEGUN.
After weeks of speculation the band announced the reunion - 27 years after they split ....
Veteran rockers LED ZEPPELIN have disappointed scores of fans by denying any plans to release a recording of their comeback concert. The legendary group reformed in December (07) for a one-off tribute gig in London after a 27-year absence, and despite massive demand, the band have refused to confirm whether they are planning any more live dates. Fans who were not able to score tickets to the event had hoped to be able to snap up a DVD of the concert, but now face further frustration as the band has denied it will be releasing the tape. Guitarist Jimmy Page says, "It was recorded - but we didn't go in with the express purpose of making a DVD to come out at Christmas, or whatever." But Page insists they have not completely ruled out the idea, insisting a DVD release could be possible "at some distant point."
