LAW AND ORDER actor DAVID WAYNE was charged with armed robbery on Friday (01DEC06) when police allegedly apprehended him leaving a pharmacy in Hartsdale, New York carrying a BB gun. The 47-year-old was found to be in possession of money taken from terrified cashiers who believed the modified weapon was an automatic pistol, according to Captain JOSPEH DELIO of the Greenburgh police department.
