CARLA BRUNI's beauty and talent embarrass other first ladies, according to the model and pop star's designer mentor KARL LAGERFELD.
The 40-year-old wife of French president Nicolas Sarkozy has often modelled for Lagerfeld throughout her long career as a top beauty.
And the German couturier is among her biggest fans. He tells Vanity Fair magazine, "She's imaginative, clever, educated. She knows how to behave. She speaks many languages.
"It must be an embarrassment for the wives of other heads of state to see this beautiful creature who can wear anything and speak like that."
