LADYTRON - LADYTRON FORCED TO END GIG AFTER TECHNICAL HITCH

British band LADYTRON were forced to cut short a gig at London's Astoria on Thursday (15May08), when the venue's sound system failed mid-performance.
The Last One Standing stars were shocked when the gig, promoting new album Velocifero, had to be brought to an abrupt end when the sound system blew.
Lead vocalist Helen Marnie reassured the audience it wasn't the band's fault, and vowed to return to the venue as soon as the date could be rescheduled
She told the crowd, "We'll come back and play again, we promise. Your tickets will be valid for the next show, I hope you'll come back again!"
The rescheduled date will take place on 16 July (08), following Ladytron's world tour.
