The Crazy In Love hitmaker has sold more than 63 million albums worldwide but can't resist tearing apart her performances when she watches them back.
The singer likes to relive her shows to work out what she can do better next time.
She says, "I have my YouTube days when I watch every performance. I listen to my music and I watch my videos to figure out what I need to do, what I need to fix and how to become a better singer."
