LATEST: SOLANGE KNOWLES has hit out at claims she left her husband DANIEL SMITH to be with rapper LIL' WAYNE. The 21-year-old yesterday (02Oct07)confirmed she has left Smith, the father of her two-year-old son Daniel Julez - but she insists the hip-hop star has nothing to do with the break-up, and she has no intention of spilling the truth behind the split. She tells Essence magazine, "That's absolutely not true. Yes, we know each other but I absolutely did not leave my husband for him. "I am no longer married, but I think it's very important not to dish details. We are friends and we co-parent our son. "When he gets older I don't want him to read anything about me saying anything about his father or vice versa."
