BEVERLEY KNIGHT - KNIGHT: 'I'VE LOST ALL RESPECT FOR MURPHY'

British singer BEVERLEY KNIGHT has hit out at EDDIE MURPHY's treatment of his ex partner MELANIE BROWN, insisting she has "lost all respect" for the Dreamgirls actor. The former Spice Girl is currently involved in a legal battle with Murphy to determine whether he is the biological father of her newborn daughter, Angel Iris, whom she gave birth to last month (Apr07). Murphy publicly ended his romance with Brown on Dutch TV in December (06) when she was five months pregnant. He has since refused to acknowledge he could be the father - but Brown's pal Knight hopes the actor will be proved wrong by a DNA test. She says, "I'm looking forward to the results of that test! I want to see him squirm, frankly. I've lost all respect for Eddie now."
