MYLEENE KLASS - KLASS WELCOMES BABY GIRL

Musician-turned-reality TV star MYLEENE KLASS is celebrating the birth of her first daughter three-and-a-half weeks earlier than expected. Klass, 29, gave birth to baby Ava at a London hospital in the early hours of Thursday (16Aug07) morning with fiance Graham Quinn by her side. Despite the premature birth, her spokesman says, "Myleene had a problem-free labour, and mother and baby are doing well. She and Graham are ecstatic." The former Hear'Say star went into labour shortly after co-presenting a show for BBC1. Her spokesman adds, "Myleene presented The One Show and felt a bit weird on the way home. She went to the hospital to get checked out and they told her she was in labour. "The birth went very smoothly and all is well, but her stint on the show is obviously over."
