KISS - KISS SUE OVER CANCELLED CANADIAN CONCERT

Rockers KISS are suing a Canadian concert promoter for $900,000 (GBP450,000), claiming he booked them to perform and then failed to secure a venue. The band filed the lawsuit this week (begs03Dec07) against Dennis MACDonald and Big Mountain Concert Company at the Supreme Court of British Columbia. They claim the firm axed a gig in Whistler just 12 days before they where due to perform there in September (07), causing "injury to their respective reputations".
