THE CITY - KIM CATTRALL SAYS NO TO PLASTIC SURGERY

SEX + THE CITY star KIM CATTRALL has vowed never to go under the knife to stay looking young, because she is too scared plastic surgery could go wrong.
The actress looks younger than her 51 years, and insists she will continue to grow old gracefully.
Cattrall says of surgery, "I'm frightened about giving somebody that kind of control."
