KILLING JOKE - KILLING JOKE COLEMAN PAYS TRIBUTE TO COBAIN
KILLING JOKE frontman JAZ COLEMAN has discovered he has an odd keepsake from tragic rocker KURT COBAIN - a 1987 Christmas card.
The punk icon revealed his mother had come across a stash of fans' greetings cards and found one was from the late Nirvana star.
Coleman told fans of the eerie discovery during Killing Joke's show at the House of Blues in Los Angeles on Thursday night (09Oct08) and then dedicated the group's hit Eighties to the Smells Like Teen Spirit singer, who committed suicide in 1994.
The frontman also took a moment to remember late bandmate Paul Raven at the show, dedicating the band's biggest hit, Love Like Blood to him.
Raven died from a heart attack in Geneva, Switzerland a year ago (Oct07). He was 46.

I was at that show on Sunset. The news of the Xmas seemed just a bit of a shock
after everything that happened between the two bands.
