Country star SAMMY KERSHAW has filed for bankruptcy. The SHE DON'T KNOW SHE'S BEAUTIFUL singer listed his liabilities between $100,001 (GBP51,280) and $1 million (GBP512,800) in the Chapter 13 filing submitted to a bankruptcy court in Nashville, Tennessee on Tuesday (06FEB07). Kershaw lists his assets in the same range. Chapter 13 bankruptcy is available to individuals who pledge to use their available income to repay creditors.
