JOSH KELLEY - KELLEY COMPLETES RUBIK'S CUBE CHALLENGE ON TV

Singer JOSH KELLEY amazed a U.S. TV audience on Friday (29Feb08) by solving a Rubik's Cube puzzle in under three minutes. The new husband of Knocked Up actress Katherine Heigl accepted a challenge on Live With Regis And Kelly, hosted by Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa, to solve the multi-coloured 1970s toy puzzle in under four minutes. A confident Kelley said before his TV attempt, "It's gonna take me two (minutes)." Kelly ended up solving the Rubik's cube in two minutes and fifty-five seconds. During his challenge, he explained how he came to be so skilled at the puzzle: "I just learned how to do it last year (07) when I did a Wal-Mart tour. I figured out how to do it because I was really bored and I was in the toy section trying to hide from all the people who'd come to watch the show. "And I was like, 'Oh cool, a Rubik's Cube, let's do this.'"
