KATT WILLIAMS 'NOT RELATED' TO FUGITIVE

LATEST: Comedian KATT WILLIAMS has denied reports he was related to a man who was arrested at his Los Angeles mansion last week (26May08) - insisting he has no idea who he is.
Williams found himself at the centre of a police raid last Tuesday (20May08), when cops stormed his house and arrested Robert MCGhee - a man thought to be a distant cousin of the funnyman.
MCGhee was wanted by authorities for his alleged involvement in a drug-related shooting which took place in April (08) in Dayton, Ohio.
But Williams insists he had nothing to do with MCGhee - and wasn't even at home when the drama unfolded.
His publicist Yvette Shearer says, "Katt is not a brother or distant cousin or any relative of Robert MCGhee. Katt did not even know this man was at his house."
MCGhee has been charged with felonious assault (causing serious harm), felonious assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
